At this year's Education Forum and Annual Meeting (EFAM), Past International President, Susan Shamali,CPS/CAP announced changes to both the Certification and Recertification Program. The changes changes will be in effect, starting with the November 2011 exam. CPS/CAP EXAM - NOVEMBER 5-6, 2010
The Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) ratings are the industry recognized standards of proficiency. The CPS Exam is a three-part exam, covering the areas of office technology, office systems and administration, and management. The advanced CAP Exam is a four-part exam, covering the areas of office technology, office systems and administrative management and advanced organizational management.
