The purpose of this blog is to keep the Birmingham Chapter updated on the progress with the luncheon. So far The Club has been reserved and the invitation for potential speaker, Derick Belden, executive editor of Southern Living Magazine has been sent. The auction items will include ten donated necklaces from jewelry maker Jeannie Webster and I am making/donating ten necklaces. 8/23/2010 We have have a confirmed speaker for the luncheon! Mr. John Floyd, former Editor of Southern Living Magazine was confirmed today thanks to Joe Ann Steele! Thank you Joe Ann!
